FINANCE(ADMN.II)DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 741 Dt: 03-03-2012 Read the following:- Director of State Audit, A.P., Hyderabad lr.Roc.No.1587/D2/2012, dt.18-02-2012. *** O R D E R:- In the reference read above, the Director of State Audit, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter has stated that Smt.K.V.N.A.Lakshmi, Senior Auditor, O/o the Assistant Audit Officer, State Audit(MP), Kadapa, in her application requested to permit her to visit U.S.A. from 01-05-2012 to 31-10-2012(184 days) as her daughter is residing at Los Angels and Prefix holiday on Half Pay Leave on private affairs. She has stated that she will not take up any employment during her stay at abroad i.e. U.S.A. and resume to duties on completion of the leave. 2. Further the Director of State Audit has stated that there are no Draft Audit Reports are pending submission, No Disciplinary Proceedings and No Dues are pending against the individual. Therefore he has requested the Government to give permission to the individual to go abroad. 3. In view of the above circumstances reported by the Director of State Audit, A.P., Hyderabad and after careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accord permission to Smt.K.V.N.A.Lakshmi, Senior Auditor, O/o the Assistant Audit Officer, State Audit(MP), Kadapa to visit U.S.A from 01-05-2012 to 31-10-2012 for (184) days availing Half Pay Leave on Private affairs. 4. The Director of State Audit, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly. 5.
