Collector and Chairman, DRDA, Ranga Reddy. 5.DTA Lr.No.C1/12001/2010 dated.26.12.2011. **** ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, Sri G.Venkata Swamy, Asst. Accounts Officer, Treasuries and Accounts Department on his promotion to the category of Asst. Accounts Officer of Treasuries & Accounts Department was posted as Dist. Project Manager, SERP, Krishna Dist. on the usual terms and conditions of Foreign Service as stipulated in G.O.(P) No.10, Finance (FR.II) Department, dated 22-01-1993. In the reference 2nd cited, the individual was transferred and posted as Dist. Project manager, SERP, Ranga Reddy Dist. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, orders have been issued promoting the individual as Accounts Officer and posted in the O/o the Commissioner, Adult Education, AP. Hyderabad. In the reference 4th read above, the Dist. Collector and Chairman DRDA, Ranga Reddy Dist. has requested to extend the services of the individual upto 12.05.2012 and also stated that in anticipation of retention orders from the Govt. their office has not served the promotion and posting orders to the individual. In the reference 5th read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad has requested the Govt. to issue necessary orders retaining the individual who is under promotion orders to the category of Accounts officer in the O/o the Director of Adult Education, A.P. Hyderabad, as DPM (Finance ) DRDA-IKP, Ranga Reddy upto 12-05-2012 (5th year) i.e. the date which he completes the deputation period of 5 years. 3. Government after careful consideration of the matter and the circumstances reported by the Director of Treasuries and Accounts in his letter 5th read above and the Dist. Collector and Chairman, DRDA, Ranga Reddy dist., hereby extend the period of deputation, upto 12.05.2012 (5th year) of Sri G.Venkata Swamy, Asst. Accounts Officer, Treasuries and Accounts Department, who is under promotion orders as Accounts Officer and which would be in force from the date of receipt ofpromotion and posting orders issued in the reference 3rd cited, on the request of the borrowing Authority, i.e DRDA-IKP, Ranga Reddy and as recommended by Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad, in relaxation of para 5 (ii) of G.O.Ms.No.2, Finance (FR.II) Department dated.02.01.2010 and para 2 (xvii) (b) of G.O. (P) No.10, Finance (FR.II) Department, dated 22-01-1993 regarding counting of probation as Accounts Officer and orders issued by the Government from time to time in this regard. No further extension of deputation shall be given to the individual beyond 5th year i.e. 12.05.2012. These orders are issued in partial modification of his posting orders issued in the G.O.3rd cited, on his promotion as Accounts Officer. 4.
