Read: From the Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles, Lr.Rc.No.7134/2010- B4, dt. 27-4-2011. &&& ORDER: In his letter read above, the Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles, Hyderabad has informed that Sri K.Satya Narayana Rao, formerly Assistant Director, Sangareddy, Medak District now retired as Assistant Director O/o the Regional Deputy Director (Handlooms & Textiles), Hyderabad has retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 30-6-2010. As certain charges are pending against the retired officer, the Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles, Hyderabad has requested to accord sanction of provisional pension to the retired officer. 2. Government, after considering the report of Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles and after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction under Rule 52 (1) (a) )of AP Revised Pension Rules, 1980, for payment of provisional pension to Sri K.Satya Narayana Rao, formerly Assistant Director (Handlooms & textiles) now retired as Assistant Director (Handlooms & textiles) at the rate of 75% of his normal pension to which he is entitled, duly withholding the DCRG in full, pending finalization of the disciplinary case against him. 3. Sri K.Satya Narayana Rao, Assistant Director (Handlooms & textiles) (Retired on 30-6-2010) is informed that the above orders are subject to the outcome of final orders on the disciplinary case pending against him. He is also informed that in future if the amount sanctioned is found to be in excess, to the amount, to which, he is entitled to, afterwards he shall refund such excess amount. 4. The Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles, Hyderabad, shall take further necessary action immediately. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
