GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT R&B Department – Nellore District –“Construction of Bridge across Pennar River near Apparaopalem, Nellore District” - Revised Administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.68.50 Crores - Accorded - Orders – Issued. TRANSPORT, ROADS AND BUILDINGS (ROADS.VI) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 76 Dated:27-01-2012. Read the following :- 1). G.O.Rt.No.1134, T,R&B (R.VI) Department dated.22.12.2010. 2). From the ENC (R&B) State Roads, Hyderabad, Lr.No.10767/DEE.9/AEE.2/2010, Dated:07-07-2011. -x-x-x-x-x- ORDER: Government have accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.50.00 Crores for “Construction of Bridge across Pennar river near Apparaopalem Nellore District” vide G.O.1st read above. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the ENC(R&B) roads has stated that a detailed survey has been conducted for preparing the detailed project report duly considering the latest Maximum Flood Level observed during the recent floods. After conducting the detailed survey, it was found that the Linear Water Way has increased necessitating the increased bridge length. Accordingly the designs have been changed. Further, the rates of the materials like Cement, Steel and other materials are also hiked abnormally, thus increasing the cost of work. After re- casting the estimate duly incorporating the above changes, the cost of work now worked out to Rs. 68.50 crores as against the Administrative sanction amount of Rs. 50.00 crores. He has, therefore, requested to accord Revised Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs. 68.50 Crores for the above work, so as to enable him to invite the tenders and to ground the work at the earliest. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord revised administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.68.50 Crores (Rupees sixty eight crores and fifty lakhs only) as against original administrative sanction of Rs.50.00 crores for the work “Construction of Bridge across Pennar River near Apparaopalem, Nellore District”. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (3) above shall be debited to the Head of Account: 5054 – C.O.L on Roads & Bridges, 04 – District and Other Roads, MH – 800 – Other Expenditure, GH-11 – Normal State Plan, SH (07) – Major District Roads, 530 – Major Works, 531 – Other Expenditure. 5. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), State Roads, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action accordingly. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.PW) Dept. vide their U.O.No.27432/990/Expr.PW/A2/11, dated:5.11.2011.
