Secretariat, Hyderabad. ****** ORDER: The NSS Volunteers of Andhra Pradesh are participating in the Prestigious Republic Day Parade on 26th January along with Armed Forces every year. Out of 3,25,600 NSS Volunteers in the State, only 14 selected Volunteers have participated in the Parade duly screened at various levels of Selection Process. As an acknowledgement of their hard work, the Government have decided to announce one time Cash Award of Rs.1.00 Lakh(Rupees one lakh only) for their outstanding contribution and participation in Republic Day Parade 2012 at New Delhi on 26th January, 2012 as a token of encouragement. 2. Therefore, sanction is hereby accorded for a sum of Rs.1.00 lakh (Rupees one lakh only) towards one time Cash Award @ Rs.6,250/- (Rupees six thousand two hundred and fifty only) to each of the 14 NSS Volunteers and an mount of Rs.12,500/- (Rupees twelve thousand five hundred only) to the Team Leader of Republic Day Parade Contingent as detailed in the Annexure appended to the order. 3. The Expenditure in this regard shall be met out from the interest amount accrued in the P.D. Account No.219 at A.P.S.C.H.E. pertaining to NSS Funds. The amount of Cash Award shall be paid in the shape of Cheques/Demand Draft in the name of the concerned participants. 4. The Secretary, A.P.
