In the reference 1st read above, the Managing Director, SETWIN has informed that Government have sanctioned the budget for SETWIN for the year 2011-2012 for an amount of Rs.10,13,00,000/- towards salary and an amount of Rs.65,00,000/- towards Other Grant-in-Aid. Accordingly, Administrative Sanction orders were issued in the reference 2nd and 3rd read above, towards 1st and 2nd quarters budget for an amount of Rs.539.00 Lakhs under plan scheme of “Grant-in-Aid towards salaries and Other Grant- in-Aid under Skill Development Training Programme in twin cities. 2. Subsequently, in the G.O. 4th read above, Government have issued administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.253.25 Lakhs (Rupees Two Crores Fifty Three Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand Only) under plan scheme of “Grant-in-Aid “ towards salaries to the employees of SETWIN during the year 2011-12. 3. In the re ference 5th read above, the Managing Director, SETWIN has requested the Government to release the 4th quarter budget towards Grant-in-Aid for salaries for an amount of Rs.2,53,25,000 (Rupees Two Crores Fifty Three Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand Only). 4. In the r eference 6th read above, Government in the Finance Department have issued a BRO towards 4th quarter budget provision of 2011-12 under Plan for payment of salaries for an amount of Rs.253.25 Lakhs to be released to SETWIN. 5. Government, after careful examination of the proposal, and based on the Budget Release Order issued in the reference 6th read above, hereby accord administrative sanction to incur expenditure for an amount of Rs.253.25 Lakhs (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Three Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousands Only) for payment of salaries to the staff of SETWIN. 6. The expenditure, sanctioned in para (4) above, shall be debited to the following Head of Account. 2204 - Sports & Youth Services M.H.001 - Direction & Administration G.H.11 - Normal State Plan S.H.(07) - Youth Welfare Schemes 310-311 - Grants-in-Aid towards Salaries for Rs.253.25 lakhs (P.T.O):: 2 :: 7. The Assistant Secreta ry to Government, Youth Advancement, Tourism and Culture (OP) Department is authorized to draw the above amount and credit the amount drawn into the P.D. A/c No.215 of SETWIN, which is being operated by the Managing Director, SETWIN under the following Head of Account. 8449 – Other Deposits. M.H. 120 – Miscellaneous Deposits. S.H. (73) – Deposits of Societies of Training and Employment Promotion and Training in Twin Cities (SETWIN) 8. The Managing Director, SETWIN is directed to utilize the amounts for the purpose for which they are sanctioned and furnish the utilization certificate to the government in due course.
