Lr.No.A4/15268/2006, 18.11.2011 from the DTA, AP, Hyderabad, ***** ORDER: In the reference 2nd read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P., Hyderabad has stated that the orders of Hon’ble APHC in W.P.No. 18233/2007 were implemented in the reference 1st read above, wherein the original seniority the category of Sr. Accountant in respect M.A. Rasheed, STO(Retd.) was restored consequent to completion of the punishment of reversion to the lower category in terms of G.O. Ms.NO. 151, Finance &Planning (FW:OPSC) Department, dt.24.09.1992. 2. The DTA, AP., Hyderabad has informed that notices were issued to all the likely to be affected individuals in terms of Rule 24 of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules as directed in the ref. 1st read above, on the proposed notional promotion in the category of Sub- Treasury Officer in respect of Sri M.A. Rasheed on par with his immediate junior Sri V. Narsimhulu and the same was published in the A.P. Gazette No. 39, dt. 24.09.2009. Further, the objections furnished by Sri D. Virupaksha Murthy, AAO, O/o Prohibition & Excise, Ranga Reddy Dist. were examined and rejected vide DTA’s office memo no. A4/15268/2006, dt. 12.04.2010. The review DPC for preparation of the panel of Sr. Accountants of Zone-VI for promotion to the category of Sub-Treasury Officer was held on 31.05.2010 and the review DPC has recommended to place the name of Sri M.A. Rasheed below Sri P. Venkataiah and above Sri V. Narsimhulu in the revised panel of Senior Accountants for promotion to the post of Sub-Treasury Officers of Zone-VI for the panel year 1999-2000.3. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order for assigning notional seniority in the category of Sub-Treasury Officer in respect of Sri M.A. Rasheed, STO (Retd.), District Treasury Office, Mahaboobnagar w.e.f. 07.02.2000 i.e., the date of regularization of his immediate junior Sri V. Narasimhulu, duly placing his name below Sir P. Venkataiah and above Sri V. Narasimhulu in the combined seniority list of STOs in Multi Zone-III in relaxation of Rule 33(a) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996. 4. The Director of Treasuries & Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to take further action in the matter accordingly.
