Read the following:- 1 G.O.MS.No.175, Finance (A&L) Department, Dated: 15/5/2010. 2 Application received from Sri N.Balaraj, Driver, Dated: 04/02/2012. ***** O R D E R:- In terms of the orders issued in the G.O. first read above, an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) is sanctioned to Sri N.Balaraj, Driver, YAT&C Dept towards festival advance in connection with the festival “Mahasivarathri” falling on 20-02-2012. 2. No surety bonds are required from the above individual since he is a regular employee. 3. The advance sanctioned in para 1 above shall be recovered in ten (10) equal monthly installments @ Rs.500/- P.M from the salary of the individual. The recovery of first installment shall commence from the following month during which the advance is drawn. 4. The expenditure shall be debited to the following head of account: “7610- Loans to Government Servants – MH-800 – Other advance – 04- festival Advance”. 5. The individual to whom the festival advance is sanctioned in para (1) is not in receipt of festival advance during the calendar year 2011-2012 and no previous advance is outstanding against him. 6. It is certified that the spouse of the above individual is not a Government Servant. 7. The Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing and Disbursing Officer, YAT&C (OP.Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to Sri N.Balaraju, Driver, YAT&C Department, S.B.H, A.P.
