TRANSPORT, ROADS & BUILDINGS (Vig.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 81 Dated:28-01-2012 Read the following: 1. The ENC (R&B) Admn., & N.H., Hyderabad Proceedings No.752/ VC(2)/2010 dt.01.06.2010. 2. Orders of A.P.A.T. dated 11.07.2011 in O.A.No.8992/2010. 3. ENC (R&B) Admn.,& N.H., Hyderabad Letter No.752/VC(2)/2010 dt.02.09.2011. **** ORDER: Whereas the ENC (R&B) Administration, issued orders in the reference first read above, placing Sri K.Srinivasa Murthy, Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B), R&B Special Division, Kadapa under suspension with effect from 26.05.2010 A.N., as he was detained in custody for a period of exceeding 48 hours there by attracting provisions of rule 8 (2) (a) and 5 (a) of Andhra Pradesh Civil Service (CC&A) Rules, 1991. 2. Aggrieved by the above said orders of suspension, Sri K.Srinivasa Murthy, Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B), R&B Special Division, Kadapa (under suspension) filed OA. No. 8992/2010 in Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal which in its orders second read above, while allowing, the O.A., set aside the suspension orders issued in the proceedings first read above and directed the respondents to reinstate the applicant into service immediately and post him to a far off non focal post. 3. Government, after careful consideration of the matter and in compliance with the above said orders of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, have decided to reinstate Sri K.Srinivasa Murthy, Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B), R&B Special Division, Kadapa (under suspension) into service, subject to pending inquiry and disciplinary proceedings contemplated against him. 4. Accordingly, Government hereby order re-instatement of Sri K. Srinivasa Murthy, Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B), R&B Special Division, Kadapa (under suspension) into service with immediate effect, subject to pending inquiry of the disciplinary proceedings against him. He shall be posted in a far of place in a non-focal post on his reinstatement. P.T.O-2- 5. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Administration & National Highways, A.P., Hyderabad shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter.
