Government under Article 64(2)(a) of the Articles of Association of A.P.Mineral
Development Corporation Limited hereby nominate Sri N.Shankar, Joint Secretary to
Government, Industries and Commerce Department, who is looking after the subject
matters of M/s. A.P. Minerals Development Corporation Limited as one of the Director
on the Board of Directors of Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation
Limited in place of Sri A.Dayakar Reddy, who was transferred to Planning
Department.
