From the DOC,Lr.No.B2/588/2005, dt. 6-2-2012. *** O R D E R : In the reference first read above, Government in Finance Department have issued a Budget Release Order for Rs. 31.25 lakhs (Rupees Thirty one lakhs and twenty five thousand only) towards 3rd quarter provision to the Director of Culture, Hyderabad towards 3rd quarter provision of B.E.2011-12 under certain Non Plan schemes. 2. In the reference second read above, Administrative Sanction was accorded to the Director of Culture, Hyd., to incur the expenditure towards 3rd quarter provision of B.E. 2011-2012. 3. In the reference third read above, the Director of Culture has requested to issue necessary sanction orders for release of State Share of Financial Assistance to Eminent artists. 4. Government, after careful examination of the request of the Director of Culture, Hyd., and in pursuance of the orders issued in the reference second read above, hereby accord Administrative sanction to the Director of Culture, Hyd., for incurring an amount of Rs. 1,68,000/- for sanction of State share to Eminent Artists for years 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 to 14 grantees as per the annexure enclosed. 5. The above expenditure may be debited to the following head of account: “2205-Art & Culture – MH (102) – Promotion of Art & Culture – SH (04) – Assistance to various Institutions – 310- Grant-in-aid – 312- Other Grants in Aid. 6. The Director, Department of Culture, Hyd., A.P. is authorized to the amount subject to compliance of other procedure in vogue. 7.
