ORDER : -
In the Circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of School
Education, A.P.,Hyderabad in the reference 1st read above, Government after careful
examination of the proposal of Commissioner and Director of School Education,
A.P.,Hyderabad and in pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 2nd read above,
hereby, accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 44,41,000/- (Rupees Forty
Four Lakhs and Forty One Thousand only) by way of Reappropriation under Non-Plan
from B.E.2011-12 provision, towards payment of D.A.Arrears & Salary arrears to the
staff of Rayalaseema College of Physical Education, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District,
under the following head of account: -
2204-MH 101 – SH (04) – 310/311
2. The Commissioner and Director of School Education, A.P.,Hyderabad shall take
further necessary action accordingly.
