2. Invoice Nos. 1111977, 1150631, 1181982, received from M/s
Sundaram Motors, Secunderabad, dt. 17/12/2011.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded to incur an expenditure of
Rs. 19,760=00 (Rupees Nineteen thousand Seven hundred and Sixty only)
towards the cost of repairs and replacement of parts to Honda City Car No. AP
9BW 1 for the use of Principal Secretary to Government (Tr), Transport, Roads
& Buildings Department.
2. The amount sanctioned in Para (1) above shall be drawn and paid by
way of Cheque in favour of “M/s Sundaram Motors, Secunderabad”.
3. The expenditure is debitable to “3451-Secretariat Economic Services -
090-Secretariat - (10)-TR&B Department – 510 Motor Vehicles”.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
