Ramesh, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government (R&E), Finance Department has stated that he has incurred expenditure of Rs.49,550/- for his Son’s (Master Rahul Ramesh) treatment of “Crowding upper lower teeth” from 20.07.2010 to 09.08.2011 at Smiline Dental Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., Panjagutta, Hyderabad and requested for reimbursement. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Civil Dispensary Secretariat, Hyderabad after scrutiny he has agreed to sanction the net admissible amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) after amount limited to ceiling/ Package Rates. 3. Government, after careful examination, hereby sanction an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to Sri Dr. P.V. Ramesh, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government (R&E), Finance Department towards the expenditure incurred for his Son’s treatment as per G.O. Ms.No.74, H.M.&F.W. Dept., Dt. 15-3-2005 & G.O.Ms.No.447, G.A. (SC.X) Dept., Dt.11.07.2008. 4. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to “2052. Secretariat General Services – 090. Secretariat – S.H.
