In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner of Technical Education,
Hyderabad in the reference second read above, Government hereby reconstitute the
Departmental Promotion Committee for considering the promotions/ appointment by
transfer to the First and Second level Gazetted Officers in the Technical Education
Department for a period of two years as specified below:-
