ORDER:
In pursuance of the orders issued in the references first to third read
above and based on the request made by IT&C Dept. vide reference fourth read
above, Govt., hereby issue a Budge Release Order to the IT&C Dept. for an
amount of Rs.100.00 lakhs (Rupees One Crores only) as additional funds
under Plan towards payment of Annual Maintenance Charges, in relaxation of
Treasury Control Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining the
supplementary grant during the current financial year 2011-12.
