Kadapa District, dated: 2.3.2012. …. O R D E R: Whereas, in the G.O. 3rd read above, orders were issued placing Sri M. Katama Raju, S.O., Housing Department under deemed suspension w.e.f. date of detention i.e. 8.12.2011 in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 8 of the A.P.Civil Services (Clasification, Control and Appeal Rules, 1991 as he was detained in custody for a period exceeding forty eight hours against criminal charges under Sections 498-A-IPC,324-IPC on the allegations of torturing his wife both physically and mentally for additional dowry. 2. In the reference 4th read above Sri M. Katama Raju, S.O(u/s) represented that his in-laws and his wife with malafide intention filed a case against him at Badvel Urban Police Station, Kadapa District vide C.R.No. 217/2011 under Section 498-A,324 IPC Sec.3&4 of D.P.Act. The investigation is also completed and the concerned authorities have filed charge sheet before the court of Hon’ble Judl. Magistrate of 1st class, Badvel and the case is pending for trial and requested to revoke his suspension. In the reference 7th read above, the Station House Officer, Badvel, Y.S.R.Kadapa District has stated that the charge sheet in respect of Sri M.Kataqm Raju, Section Officer has been filed in the Court of the Hon’ble Judicial Magistrate of 1st class, Badvel, Y.S.R. Kadapa District in December, 2011. 3. Now, therefore, the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause©, sub-rule(5) of Rule- 8 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules,1991 hereby revoke the said order of deemed suspension with immediate effect, without prejudice to the judicial/criminal proceedings pending against him. 4. On reinstatement, Sri M. Katama Raju, Section Officer, Housing Department is hereby surrendered to G.A.Department for further postings. 5. Sri M. Katama Raju,S.O., is directed to report in G.A.(SU.I) Department for further posting orders. 6. The G,A,(SU.I) Department are requested to post him in non focal post until conclusion of the said judicial/criminal proceedings.
