ORDER:
In the reference read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P.
Hyderabad has informed that Sri M.Manohar Rao, Asst. Director, O./o the Director of
Treasuries and Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad has requested for sanction of Compulsory wait
for a period of 69 days w.e.f. 07.04.11 to 14.06.2011 (69 days) . The Director of
Treasuries and Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad has further informed that the individual has
been promoted as AD/AO and posted as A.O. DWMA, Nalgonda, vide G.O. Rt.No.38,
Finance (Admn.I) Department, dated: 24-03-2010. He was relieved as ATO, D.T.
Nalgonda, on 06.04.2011 A.N. and reported to duty on 07.04.2011 . The Commissioner,
RD (DWMA) has not admitted the individual stating that the individual is at the verge of
retirement and the same was communicated on 16.04.2011. The Director of Treasuries
and Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad has furnished proposal for revised posting as PPO, in the
O/o the JD, PPO, Hyderabad to the Govt. on 20-04-2011, and revised orders have been
issued by the Govt. posting the individual as AO, in the O/o the J.D., VBRI, Hyd. vide
G.O.Ms.NO.89, Finance (Admn.I) Department, dated:11-05-2011. the individual
reported to duty on 13.05.2011. The Director, Animal Husbandry Hyd. has not admitted
the individual stating that the individual is at the verge of retirement and the same was
communicated on 18.05.2011 and the individual reported for further posting on
19.05.2011. Revised proposals for posting the individual as AO, have been furnished to
the Govt. on 20-05-2011. Government have issued orders vide G.O.Rt.No.2372, Finance
(Admn.I) Department dated.14.06.2011 and the individual reported to duty on
15.06.2011.
2. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts has furnished proposals in the prescribed
proforma for sanction of compulsory wait for the period from 07.04.11 to 14.06.2011 (69
days) in respect of Sri M.Manohar Rao, Asst. Director, O/o the Director of Treasuries and
Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad and requested to issue necessary orders in the matter.
3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to treat the
period from 07.04.11 to 14.06.2011 (69 days) as compulsory wait in respect of Sri
M.Manohar Rao, Asst. Director, O/o the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P.
Hyderabad in terms of Ruling-13 under F.R.9 (6) (b) read with para 3 (iv) of Government
Memo No.11854/133/A2/FR.I/98, dt.28-03-1998.
4. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts shall take necessary further action in the
matter accordingly.
