FINANCE (ADMN.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 864 Dated: 13 -03-2012 Read the following:- DTA Lr.No.C1/7419/2011, dt.14-07-2011, 19.11.2011 and 09.02.2012. *** ORDER: In the reference read above, the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad has informed that Sri D.P.R.Prasad, Accounts Officer (Rtd), Treasuries and Accounts Services has requested for sanction of Compulsory wait for a period of 42 days w.e.f. 01.04.11 to 12.05.2011. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad has further informed that the individual has been promoted as AD/AO and posted as A.O. DWMA, Eluru, vide G.O.Rt.No.38, Finance (Admn.I) Department, dated: 24.03.2010. He was relieved on 31.03.2011 A.N. and reported to duty on 01.04.2011. The Commissioner, RD (DWMA) has not admitted the individual stating that the individual is at the verge of retirement and the same was communicated on 15.04.2011. Proposal for revised posting as AO, in the O/o the Director, B.C.Welfare, A.P. Hyd. was furnished to the Govt. on 20-04-2011, and revised orders have been issued by the Govt. posting the individual as AO, in the O/o the Director, B.C. Welfare, AP., Hyd. vide G.O.Ms.NO.89, Finance (Admn.I) Department, dated:11-05-2011. The individual reported to duty on 13.05.2011. 2. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts has furnished proposals in the prescribed proforma for sanction of compulsory wait for the period from 01.04.11 to 12.05.2011 (42 days) in respect of Sri D.P.R.Prasad, Accounts Officer, (Rtd) O/o the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad and requested to issue necessary orders in the matter. He was subsequently retired from service on 31.12.2011 on attaining the age of superannuation 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to treat the period from 01.04.11 to 12.05.2011 (42 days) as compulsory wait in respect of Sri D.P.R.Prasad, Accounts Officer (Rtd) , Treasuries and Accounts Services in terms of Ruling-13 under F.R.9 (6) (b) read with para 3 (iv) of Government Memo No.11854/133/A2/FR.I/98, dt.28-03-1998. 4. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
