(Retired), dt.09.12.2011. 4. Govt. Memo No.18958/OP/2011-1, dt.31.12.2011 5. From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Secretariat Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyd., Rc.No.4/CDS/2012, Dt.23.01.2012. -0o0- O R D E R: Sri B. Ramachandra Reddy, Joint Secretary to Government (Retired) in his application 3rd read above, has submitted proposals for sanction of medical reimbursement claim of Rs.22,990/- towards medical expenses incurred in connection with the treatment for BPH, Bilateral Venous Insufficiency, Parkinsonism for self during the period May, 2011 to August, 2011 at Kamineni Hospitals, King Koti, Hyderabad. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Secretariat Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad to whom the bills have been referred to for scrutiny has reported in his letter 5th read above, that an amount of Rs.22,083/- is admissible for sanction. 3. Therefore, sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.22,083/- (Rupees Twenty Two thousand and Eighty three only) to Sri B. Ramachandra Reddy, Joint Secretary to Government (Retired) towards reimbursement of medical expenses for treatment for BPH, Bilateral Venous Insufficiency, Parkinsonism for self during the period May, 2011 to August, 2011 at Kamineni Hospitals, King Koti, Hyderabad. 4. The expenditure sanctioned at Para (3) above, shall be debited to “2251- Secretariat – Social Services – (090) –Secretariat – (04) – Higher Education Department 010 Salaries – 017 Medical expenditure”. 5. The Higher Education (OP Claims) Department is requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 6.
