From the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Hyderabad, Rc.No.170/ CDS/12, dt:28.01.2012. >><< ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.6,633/- (Rupees Six thousand six hundred and thirty three only) to Sri M. Kesava Kumar, A.S.O. (Retd.), Industries & Commerce Department towards the reimbursement of Medical Expenses incurred by him towards the treatment of his wife for “G.C.D.S” during the period from 06.09.2011 to 06.01.2012 at Government Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the following Head of Accounts: “3451 - Secretariat Economic Services 090 - Secretariat. 07 - Industries and Commerce Department. 010 - Salaries 017 - Medical Reimbursement. 3. The Industries and Commerce (OP.II Claims) Department shall draw and disburse the above amount to the individual. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of H.M & F.W.
