Rc.No. 360/CDS/12, dt.17/02/2012 received in Govt., on 22-02-2012. - - - - O R D E R: - In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad, in his letter 2nd and 3rd read above, Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby accord sanction to the Director of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad, to reimburse the Medical expenses of an amount of Rs.9233/- (Rupees Nine thousand Two hundred Thirty Three only) as recommended by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, O/o Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, in the reference 4th read above, for treatment of Sri Adhar Sinha, I.A.S., the then Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad and his wife for HTN & DM. 2. The Original medical bills received through the reference 2nd and 3rd read above, are herewith returned to the Director of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad, for taking further action in the matter and the receipt of the same may be acknowledged. 3.
