In pursuance of the orders issued in the references read above, the Engineer in Chief
(R&B), Buildings is authorised to release LOC for an amount of Rs.586.33 lakhs (Rupees
Five Crores Eighty Six Lakhs and Thirty Three Thousand Only) as additional funds in
relaxation of Treasury Control Orders for payment of pending bills towards barricading
