FINANCE (ADMN.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 882 Dated:14-03-2012 Read the following: 1.G.O.Rt.No.449, Finance (Admn.I) Department, dated.09.02.2012. 2.D.O.Lr.No.63/Peshi/Prl.Secy.PE/2012,dated.13.02.2012 received from the Prl. Secretary to Govt. PE and Sarva Siksha Abhyan . **** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, orders have been issued for extension of deputation of Dr. P. Brahmananda Rao, Joint Director from 10-09-2011 to 08-02-2012 with SSA Project Directorate considering the administrative exigencies and also for repatriation of Dr. P. Brahmananda Rao to Treasuries & Accounts Service with immediate effect and upon repatriation for posting him in the Commissionerate of Agriculture, AP, Hyderabad, vice Smt M. Vasundhara, Joint Director transferred as Finance Controller in the State Project Directorate of Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), Hyderabad, on deputation basis, initially for a period of one year on usual terms and conditions of Foreign Service as stipulated in G.O (P) No.10, Finance (FR.II) Department, dated 22.1.1993 read with G.O.Ms.No.160, Finance (FR.II) Department, dated:07.05.2011 and orders issued from time to time. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Prl. Secretary to Govt., P.E. & S.S.A., School Education (PE) Department has informed that their Dept. are not in a position to admit Smt M. Vasundhara, Joint Director, as Finance Controller in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and also not willing to relieve the present officer i.e. Dr. P. Brahmananda Rao, Joint Director who is working as Finance Controller in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan on deputation. Further, she has requested to post Smt M.Vasundhara, J.D. as Finance Controller of KGBV Society as there is a vacancy of Finance Controller of Joint Director cadre post in the recently formed KGBV Society, by retaining the services of Dr. Brahmananda Rao, in Sarva Shiksha Abhhiyan and it is also informed that Rajiv Vidya Mission Authority decided to upgrade the deputation post to that of Addl. Director post and it was intimated to the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad previously and requested for posting of Addl. Director only in future. 3. Government, after careful consideration of the matter hereby order to cancel the orders issued in the reference 1st read above duly directing the Project Director, SSA to relieve and repatriating, Dr. Brahmananda Rao, Joint Director to Treasuries and Accounts Department as he has already completed five years of deputation period as per the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.2, Finance (FR.II) Department, dated.02.01.2010 and also order to continue Smt M.Vasundhara, Joint Director as Chief Accounts Officer, O/o the Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P. Hyderabad 4. Government hereby order to post Smt B.Vijayalakshmi, Joint Director who is waiting for posting as Finance Controller in the KGBV Society on deputation for a period of one year initially on usual terms and conditions of Foreign Service as stipulated in G.O (P) No.10, Finance (FR.II) Department, dated 22.1.1993 read with G.O.Ms.No.160, Finance (FR.II) Department, dated:07.05.2011 and orders issued from time to time. 5. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P. Hyderabad is directed to suggest the Govt., the name of an Addl. Director for the post of Finance Controller, SSA on deputation and send proposals to Government immediately. (PTO)-2- 6. The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P.
