G.O.Ms.No.3 Finance (SMPC) Department, Dt: 12.01.2011. <<<>>> O R D E R: In the G.O. 5th read above, orders were issued for continuing the Three Office Subordinates to work in School Education Department on outsourcing basis sponsored by M/s Jyothi Computer Services, Hyderabad upto 29.02.2012 on a consolidated remuneration as per the orders issued in the G.O.6th read above. The contract period of the Three Office Subordinate has expired on 29.02.2012 A.N. 2. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby extend the contract period by one more year w.e.f. 01.03.2012 FN on outsourcing basis sponsored by M/s Jyothi Computer Services, Hyderabad for three Office Subordinates to work in School Education Department on a consolidated pay as per the orders issued in the G.O.6th read above, subject to entering an agreement by M/s. Jyothi Computer Services, Hyderabad on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.110/- with witness with the appointing authority concerned agreeing with the terms and conditions of the contract agreement. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in the para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of account “2251-secretariat Social Service – 090- Secretariat – 018-School Education Department – 300 – Other contractual Service. 4.
