G.O.Rt.No.484, Ind. & Com (Tex) Department dt.24.08.2009. 2. From the Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles and Apperal Export Parks, Hyderabad. Lr.Rc.No.18561/2005/S, dt.23.7.2010. ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, Government have issued orders permitting the Director of Handlooms and Textiles and Development Commissioner for Apparel Export Parks, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad to engage the services of private security to Nandyal Co-operative Spinning Mills Ltd., Nandyal for another two years i.e., with effect from 25.4.2008 to 24-4-2009 and from 25-4-2009 to 24-4-2010 and sanctioned an amount of Rs.4,23,015/- for meeting the expenditure towards Watch and Ward salaries and to meet other miscellaneous expenditure, duly permitting the Assistant Director (H&T), Kurnool / Nandyal Co-operative Spinning Mills Ltd., Nandyal, Kurnool District to utilize the balance amount of Rs.11,385/- available with him. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles and Apperal Export Parks, Hyderabad. has stated that the Assistant Director (H&T) / Nandyala Co-operative Spinning Mills Ltd., Kurnool District has submitted proposals for engage private security for a further period of two years from 25-04-2010 to 24.04.2012 and requested to sanction an amount of Rs.5,61,600/- to meet the expenditure of Watch and Ward salaries and to meet other miscellaneous expenditure as detailed below:- 2010-11 1) Salaries for Six Security Guards @ Rs.2400/- p.m. each… Rs.14,400.00 2) Salaries for Two Security Supervisors @ Rs.3000/- p.m. .. Rs. 6,000.00 3) Miscellaneous Expenditure ….. Rs. 3,000.00 i.e., Sweeper, K.oil, Torches, Cells p.m. -------------- Total Rs. 23,400.00 --------------- (Rs.23,400 X 12 months = Rs.2,80,800/- per year) 2011-12 1) Salaries for Six Security Guards @ Rs.2400/- p.m. each… Rs.14,400.00 2) Salaries for Two Security Supervisors @ Rs.3000/- p.m. .Rs. 6,000.00 3) Miscellaneous Expenditure … Rs. 3,000.00 i.e., Sweeper, K.oil, Torches, Cells p.m. -------------- Total Rs. 23,400.00 --------------- (Rs.23,400 X 12 months = Rs.2,80,800/- per year (Grand total Rs.2,80,800 + Rs.2,80,800 = Rs.5,61,600/- ) (P.T.O)-2- 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles and Apperal Export Parks, Hyderabad. to engage the services of private security i.e., (6) Security Guards and (2) security supervisors to Nandyala Co-operative Spinning Mills Ltd. for a further period of one year from 25-04-2010 and also for sanction an amount of Rs.2,80,000/- (Rupees two lakhs eighty thousand only) for meeting the expenditure, towards Watch and Ward salaries and to meet other miscellaneous expenditure, duly permitting the Assistant Director (H&T) Kurnool/ Nandyal Co-operative Spinning Mills Ltd., Kurnool District. 4. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “2851 - Village and Small Industries - MH.103- Handloom Industries - - Schemes included in the Plan - 11 - Normal State Plan - SH(11) - Financial Assistance to Weavers 310 - Grants-in-aid 312 - Other Grants-in-aid” 5. The Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles and Apperal Export Parks, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.
