O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded to reimburse an amount of Rs.1895 /-
(Rupees one thousand eight hundred and ninety five only) to Sri R.Srinivas,
Auto Driver, for the expenditure incurred towards the cost of Spare parts and
Servicing to the Government Auto bearing No. AP9E 9940, being used by the
Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department.
2 The amount sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to the
following Head of Account:-
“2251-Secretariat Social Services - 090-Secretariat – SH.(14)-Youth
Advancement, Tourism & Culture Department - 510-Motor Vehicles”.
3 The Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture (OP.Claims) Department
shall draw the amount sanctioned in para-1 above in favour of Sri R.Srinivas,
Auto Driver, Youth Advancement, Tourism and Culture Department, S.B.H,
A.P.Secretariat Branch, A/C.No.520 88 460 222, MICR No.500004056, IFSC
Code No.SBHY0020077.
