ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B),
Buildings, in the reference read above, Government hereby accord
Administrative sanction, for an amount of Rs.4.85 lakhs (Rs. Four
Lakhs and Eighty Five thousand only) for Providing Slab, Internal
Plastering, Internal & External Colouring, Renovation of bathrooms and
other Civil works in Govt. Quarter No. PJ-48 at Pangagutta Colony,
Hyderabad Occupied by Sri Kanwarjit Singh IFS.
2) The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to
the following Head of Account:
MH 4216 –COL -01 – GRB MH 106 GPA – GH -11 SH (04) R.H.S
530 Major Works – 531 Other Expenditure.
3) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad is requested
to take further action in the matter accordingly.
4) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department
vide their U.O.No.34892/1263/A2/Expr.PW/11, Dt.17.01.2012.
