ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B),
Buildings, in the reference read above, Government hereby accord
Administrative sanction, for an amount of Rs. 4.93 Lakhs (Rupees Four
Lakhs and Nineteen three thousand only) to take up Providing Raising
of Compound wall, flush door, false ceiling, staircase, ceramic and
classic tiles and other civil works in Govt. Quarter PJ-46 at Panjagutta
Colony, Hyd. O/b Sri Mahesh Chandra Ladda, IPS.
2) The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to
the following Head of Account:
MH - 4216 COL – 01 – GRB MH 106 GPA – GH -11 NSP SH (04)
R.H.S – 530 Major Works - 531 Other Expenditure.
3) The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B), Buildings, Hyderabad is requested
to take further action in the matter accordingly.
4) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department
vide their U.O.No.34699/1251/A2/Expr.PW/11, Dt.17.01.2012.
