Accordingly in terms of the orders issued in the references 1st to 6th read above, Government hereby accord sanction for the refund of an amount of Rs.34,872/- (Rupees thirty four thousand eight hundred and seventy two only) in lump sum being the amount contributed under A.P.State Employees Group Insurance Scheme (i.e. Rs.10,344/- Saving Fund + Rs.24,568/- interest) to Sri G.Satyanarayana Charyulu Deputy Secretary to Government (Retd.,), Youth Advancement Tourism & Culture Department for the period from 1-01-1984 to 31-01-2012 A.N. as calculated in the statement enclosed to this order. Certified that he has not availed any E.O.L. during the above period. Certified that necessary entries are made in the Service register of the individual. 3. The amount sanctioned in Para-2 above shall be debited to the following Head of account: “8011 - Insurance and Pension Funds. M.H.107 - State Govt., Employees Group Insurance Scheme. 01 - Group Insurance for State Government Employees. 002 - Saving Fund 003 - Interest from Government” 4.
