M.Sarada, Assistant Engineer, (R&B) (Retd), Office of the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)., Admn., & NH., Hyderabad, for treatment for her self of Endometrial Hyperplasia + HTN at Dr.Shantabai Nursing Home, Abid Road, Hyderabad, during the period from 14.03.2011 to 17.03.2011, in Emergency conditions, in relaxation of APIMA Rules, 1972. 2. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the head of account to which the pay and allowances of the individual is debitable. 3. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)., Admn., & NH., Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 4. The Medical Bills (in Original) returned herewith shall be acknowledged. 5. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.M&H) Department, vide their U.O.No.1528/44/A2/Expr.M&H.I/2012, dated.31.01.2012.
