This expenditure shall be debited to the following Heads of account. 4202 - Capital Outlay on Education, Sports, Art and Culture 01 - Gen Education, MH 202 – Secondary End, GH 11- Normal State Plan SH (74)- Construction of office Buildings 530/531- Major Works /Other expenditure 2.
