ORDER:
In pursuance of the orders issued in the references first to third read
above and based on the request made by IT&C Dept. vide reference fourth read
above, Govt., hereby issue a Budge Release Order to the IT&C Dept. for an
amount of Rs.1045.00 lakhs (Rupees Ten Crores Forty Five lakhs only) as
additional funds under Plan for payment to M/s BSNL towards leased line
charges, in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders pending provision of funds by
obtaining the supplementary grant during the current financial year 2011-12.
