Treasury, Visakhapatnam *** O R D E R: In the reference G.O 4th read above; the suspension period w.e.f 28.09.2005 to 28.10.2006 in respect of Sri B. Narasimha Murthy, ATO (Retd.), O/o. the Dist. Treasury, Visakhapatnam was regularized as per Government Circular Memo No. 32818/A/521/FR-I/2008 Dt. 05-12- 2008, as ‘on duty’, in terms of FR 54-B(3), but limiting the pay & allowances payable to him for the period of suspension, to the subsistence allowance already paid under FR 53. 2. In the reference 5th read above; Sri B. Narasimha Murthy, ATO (Retd.), O/o. the District Treasury, Visakhapatnam requested the Government to issue orders for payment of differential pay & allowances, in relaxation of rules. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, duly modifying the orders issued in the G.O 4th read above, hereby order that Sri B. Narasimha Murthy, ATO (Retd.), O/o. the Dist. Treasury, Visakhapatnam is eligible for full pay & allowances to which he would have been entitled, had he not been suspended, for that period as per FR 54 (B) (3). 4. The Director of Treasuries & Accounts, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly. 5.
