G.O.Rt.No.514, Finance (Expr.SE), Department, Dated.15.2.2012. *** ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, the State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission(SSA), Hyderabad, has stated that the Government of India have released an amount of Rs. 400.00 crores towards 2nd installment to the State Society, SSA, for the year 2011-12 and requested to release the State matching share of Rs.215,38,46,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifteen Crores Thirty Eight Lakhs and Forty Six Thousand only) for successful implementation of ongoing programmes under Sarva Siksha Abhiyan. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for Rs.215,38,46,000/- /-(Rupees Two Hundred and Fifteen Crores Thirty Eight Lakhs and Forty Six Thousand only) to the State Project Director, Rajiv Vidya Mission (SSA), Hyderabad towards Matching State Share of Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Sarva Siksha Abhiyan (RVM) from the Budget Estimates 2011-12 as Additional Funds, in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders and Quarterly Regulations, pending provision of Funds by way of obtaining Supplementary Grant at the appropriate time, during the current Financial year. 3. In pursuance to the Budget Release Order issued by Finance Department in the ref. 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.215,38,46,000/- /-(Rupees Two Hundred and Fifteen Crores Thirty Eight Lakhs and Forty Six Thousand only) from the Budget Estimates 2011-12 to the State Project Director, RVM (SSA), Hyderabad towards matching State share of the schemes as Additional Funds in relaxation of Treasury Control orders and Quarterly Regulations, pending provision of Funds by way of Supplementary Grants.
