No. CSD/ VC&MD/ APIDC/3987/2012, dt. 13.01.2012. **** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Government have appointed certain officials as Directors on the Board of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad has informed that the Board of AP Industrial Development Corporation Limited, (APIDC) currently consists of 5 State Government nominees (all Officials), besides the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, and one official as a nominee of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India. Among the 5 Directors, Sri C.R Biswal, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government (FP) , Ind. & Com. Dept. and Sri Vikas Raj, IAS, Managing Director, APSFC were transferred vide reference 2nd read above. She has therefore requested the Government to issue appropriate orders to substitute the Directors on the Board of APIDC Ltd., Hyderabad. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby appoint Sri T. Satyanarayana Rao, IAS, Managing Director, APSFC, Hyderabad in place of Sri Viakas Raj, IAS, as official Director on the Board of APIDC Ltd., Hyderabad under Articles 71 (1) & (2) of the Articles of the Association of the said Corporation, for a period of 2 years with immediate effect. 4. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
