Annual Review meeting –Permission –Accorded- Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Director A.P. State Archives & Research Institute,
Hyderabad in the letter read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government
hereby accord permission to Dr.Zareena Parveen, Director of State Archives and Sri.V.Ranga
Raj, Deputy Director, A.P.State Archives and Research Institute to attend the Annual Review
meeting of Manuscripts Conservation Centre to be held on 13th & 14th March 2012 at Nation
Mission for Manuscripts, New Delhi subject to the condition that the entire expenditure
involved in this regard shall be borned by the Nation Mission for Manuscripts, New Delhi.
2. The Period of absence of the above said officers in connection with the above visit
including journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per existing
rules in force.
