Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad Lr.No:210/CDS/2012, dt:31.01.2012. @@@@ ORDER: Sri Ch.V.S.R.K.Prasad, Section Officer, School Education Department in his application 4th read above, has requested the Government to reimburse an amount Rs.9,850/- incurred towards the Medical expenses for the Dental treatment to his wife in “Partha Dental Hospital & Research Centre, Hyderabad from 03.09.2011 to 12.09.2011. 2. In the reference 5th read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt.Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad has scrutinized the Medical Bills and informed that an amount of Rs.9,850/- (Rupees Nine thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty only) is admissible for reimbursement. 3. Government, after scrutiny of the claim in terms of G.Os 1st, 2nd 3rd read above, hereby accord sanction for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.9,850/- (Rupees Nine thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty only) to Sri Ch.V.S.R.K.Prasad, Section Officer, School Education Department incurred towards the Medical expenses for the Dental treatment to his wife in “Partha Dental Hospital and Research Centre, Hyderabad from 03.09.2011 to 12.09.2011. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para(3) above shall be debited to “2251 – Secretariat – Social Services – 090 Secretariat SH(18) – Education (SE-Wing) Department, 010 Salaries – 017 Medical Reimbursement” 5. The Education (SE.OP/Claims) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned at para (3) above and credit the same into the individual’s bank account through ECS. 6.
