Circular Memo No. 14781-C/278/FR.I/2011 of Finance (FR.I) Department, dated 22-06-2011. 2. Letter No. DOWA/Hyd./Sn.I/EC.6/2011-12/343, dated 09.03.2012 of the Director of Works Accounts. **** O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, Finance (FR.I) Department issued certain instructions on surrender of Earned Leave by the Government Employees during the financial year 2011-12. 2. In the reference 2nd cited, the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad submitted proposals for encashment of surrender of earned leave for 15 days with effect from 05.03.2012 to Sri M. Samba Moorthy, Director of Works Accounts during the financial year 2011-12. 3. In terms of orders issued vide reference 1st read above, M. Samba Moorthy, Director of Works Accounts is hereby permitted to surrender Earned Leave as shown in the Annexure to the order. The details of Surrender Leave are shown in the Annexure. 4. The Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad is requested to make necessary entries in the Service Register of the Individual.
