Khader Basha, Divisional Accounts Officer (Works) Grade-II, R&B Division, Kanigiri, Prakasam District in his representation 1st read above represented to the Government that his wife is suffering from ill health since long time and taking medical treatment at Ongole. Therefore, he requested the Government to transfer him to R&B Division, Ongole, Prakasam District on humanitarian grounds. 2. In response to Government Memo 2nd read above, the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad in his letter 3rd read above stated that the post of Divisional Accounts Officer (Works) Grade-II in R&B Division, Ongole is not vacant and is going to fall vacant on 31-01-2012. The individual is native of Kadapa District. As per existing orders, the individuals who are in Grade-II may not be considered for posting to Grade-I Division. Previously, he worked in Irrigation Division, Madanapally from 3/2005 to 5/2005, SRBC Division No.1, Panyam from 6/2005 to 5/2008, SRBC Division No.1 (CADA), Nandyal from 6/2008 to 09/2010 and R&B Division, Kanigiri from 10/2010 to till date. 3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to the Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad to effect the transfer of Sri G. Khader Basha, Divisional Accounts Officer (Works) Grade-II, R&B Division, Kanigiri, Prakasam District to R&B Division, Ongole, Prakasam District in relaxation on ban orders on transfers issued in the reference 4th read above and instructions issued in Government Memo No. 15036-I/144/WA.II/2005, dated 16.06.2005 in posting a DAO (W) Grade II to a Grade I Division, subject to certification that the individual shall not be entitled to any TTA/DA or joining time. 4. The Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad shall take necessary action and intimate the date of joining of the individual at the new place of posting.
