New Delhi, the 29th May, 2026
S.O. 2700(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 136 of the Code
on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government hereby authorises the Inspector-cum-
Facilitators appointed under section 122 of the said Code for filing complaint in relation to establishments to
which Chapter III of the said Code.
