S.O. 2317(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 89 of the Industrial
Relations Code, 2020 (35 of 2020), the Central Government hereby specifies the following officers in column (2) of
the Table to exercise the functions relating to composition of offences under the said section in respect of industrial
establishments for which the Central Government is the appropriate Government, within the areas specified against
each in column (3) of the said Table, namely: -
