In light of representations received and COVID-19 situation, the effective date of the
even number order F.No. 29/Misc/03/2019-DC(60) dated 23.04.2020 issued on the
subject cited above, is further extended upto 4 months or till normalization of the
situation in light of CoVID-19 whichever is earlier.
