27.04.2020.
Under Section 19(2) of the Act, Final Declaration was published for Land Acquisition in Sembattur Village of
Pudukkottai Taluk.
In sembattur village award has been extended for six months by collector procedings Rc.No.317/A2/CVG
Date: 17.09.2024 for Publication of Award under section 23 of Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in
Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act-2013. Due to Administrative reasons, further time is extended
for a period of 6 Months for sembattur village as mentioned in the table below as per the provisions given under
section 25 of the Act.

60 million year old Marine Fossils have been found. Whereas it appears to the appropriate Government that a total

This notification is made under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the the Right to Fair Compensation and
Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it
may concern.
A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the District Collector, and office of the Sub collector /
Land acquisition officer, Perambalur on any working day during the working hours.
The Government is pleased to authorize the Assistant Director, Mines and Minerals and his staff to enter
upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the
proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.
Under Sub-section (4) of section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any
transaction of land, i.e sale / purchase, etc., or create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication
of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette without prior approval of the District Collector.
Objections to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (sixty) days from the
date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of
the said Act before the Collector.

இந்த அறிவிக்வைகா, 2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் வைகாயகாப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமாான சரியீடு செபறு�தற்கும் மாற்றும் ஒளிவு
மாவைைவின்வைமாக்கும், மாறு�ாழ்வு மாற்றும் மாறுகுடியமார்விற்காான உரிவைமாச் சட்டாத்தின் (மாத்தியச் சட்டாம் 30/2013) 11(1) பிரிவின்
கீழ் �ழங்காப்பட்டிருக்கும் விதிமுவைைகாளின் கீழ் செதாடார்புவைடாய அவைன�ருக்காாகாவும் செ�ளியிடாப்படுகிைது.
இத்திட்டாத்திற்காான நிலத்திட்டா அறிக்வைகாவைய, யாசெதாரு வே�வைல நாட்காளிலும், மாா�ட்டா ஆட்சியர் அலு�லகாம் மாற்றும்
நிலம் வைகாயகாப்படுத்தும் அலு�லர் /சார் ஆட்சியர், செபரம்பலூர் அலு�லகாத்திலும் பார்வை�யிடாலாம்.
வேமாற்செசான்ன சட்டாத்தின் 12 ஆம் பிரிவில் குறிப்பிடாப்பட்டுள்ை மாற்றும் �ழங்காப்பட்டுள்ை�ாறு. நிலத்தில் நுவைழதல்,

இச்சட்டாத்தின் 11(4) ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ், யாசெதாரு நபரும் நிலத்வைத விற்பவைன செசய்தல் / �ாங்குதல் வேபான்ை யாசெதாரு
பரிமாாற்ைங்காளில் ஈடுபடுதல் அல்லது பரிமாாற்ைங்காள் செசய்தல் அல்லது மாா�ட்டா ஆட்சியரின் முன் அங்கீகாாரம் இன்றி இந்த
அறிவிக்வைகா செ�ளியிடாப்பட்டா நாளிலிருந்து யாசெதாரு வில்லங்காவைையும் ஏற்படுத்த இயலாது.
வைகாயகாப்படுத்துதல் செதாடார்பாகா மாறுப்புவைர ஏவேதனும், இருப்பின். இச்சட்டாத்தின் 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ்
செதரிவிக்காப்பட்டுள்ை�ாறு இந்த அறிவிக்வைகா செ�ளியிடாப்பட்டா நாளிலிருந்து 60 நாட்காளுக்குள் (அறுபது நாட்காளுக்குள்ைாகா)
பற்றுள்ை�ர் அதவைன, மாா�ட்டா ஆட்சியரிடாம் அளிக்காலாம்.
