Bedi & Bedi Associates, F-34, Desh Bandhu Gupta Market, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. 2. The composition of the Committee will be as under:- i. Rakhal Das Gupta,General Secretary, ` -Member Northeast Frontier Railway Mazdoor Union, Pandu, Guwahati-781012 ii. Prabhakar Singh,Chief Engineer(NDZ-I), -Member Central Public Works Dept, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi iii. Shri Cheema, Deputy CLC (Central), Jeevan Deep Building, -Member Convenor New Delhi 3. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be as follows:- “To study the working of contract labour system in the jobs/works of Tom Operators in the establishment of D.M.R.C., Metro Bhawan, Bara Khamba Road, New Delhi and its contractor M/s. Bedi & Bedi Associates, F-34, Desh Bandhu Gupta Market, Karol Bagh, New Delhi and to make suitable recommendations whether or not the employment of contract labour in the above jobs/works in the said establishment be prohibited keeping in view the provisions of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970”. 4.
