No. U-23013/16/2014-LW.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation
and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to go into the
question of abolition of contract labour system in the establishment of Delhi International Airport Ltd., and M/s Apple Tree
Building Maintenance Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.
The composition of the Committee will be as under:-
i. Shri Alok Kumar —Member

ii. Shri Raj Behari Sharma., —Member

2. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be as follows:-
“To study the working of contract labour system in the jobs/works of Façade cleaning services and Associated services in the
establishment of Delhi International Airport Ltd., and M/s Apple Tree Building Maintenance Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi and to
make suitable recommendations whether or not the employment of contract labour in the above jobs/works in the said
establishment be prohibited keeping in view the provisions of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition)
Act, 1970”.
3. The Headquarter of the Committee will be at Delhi. The Committee shall hear the parties afresh, allow submissions, if any
and submit its report within 2 months after resolution/Notification.
