S.O. 2825(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970), the Central Government, after consultation with the Central Advisory
Contract Labour Board, and having regard to the working conditions and benefits provided to contract labour and other
relevant factors enumerated in sub-section (2) of the said section, hereby prohibits the employment of contract labour in
the jobs of watch and guard in the establishment of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, World Trade Centre, Babar Road,
New Delhi, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
