The Central Govt, after consultation with the Drugs Technical Advisory Board, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 1468 (E), dated the 6th October, 2005.
This notification, S.O. 3793(E), issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, on December 23, 2013, announces an amendment to notification S.O. 1468(E) dated October 6, 2005. The amendment, made after consultation with the Drugs Technical Advisory Board, omits the word "sterile" from the opening paragraph of the earlier notification.
