The Central Govt, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act.
This notification, S.O. 743(E), issued by the Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy on March 11, 2015, announces amendments to the Second Schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973). Specifically, it pertains to the recognition of the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S) degree awarded by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, from March 2014 to December 2014, to students who graduated from J. R. Kissan Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Rohtak, during that period. This amendment adds serial number 34 A under the heading "HARYANA" in the Second Schedule of the Act. The notification is issued by the Central Government after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy, exercising powers conferred by subsection 2 of section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973. Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy, hereby
makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:—
In the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973, in the Second Schedule, under the heading “HARYANA”, after
serial number 34 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:—
