S.O. 3242(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Homoeopathy
Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy,
hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely: —
In the said Second Schedule, under the heading “UTTAR PRADESH”, against serial number 15C relating to
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra, for the entries in columns 2, 3, and 4, relating to Doctor of Medicine in
